Almond ( Badaam ) ki kheer

Ingredients:
Almond ( Badaam ) ground – 250g
Rice – 50g
Sugar- 500g
Cream- 250g
Milk- 2 kg
Small cardamom- 6
Kewra- 1 tbsp
Pista- 25g
Method:
Soak rice for 2 hrs and then grind in grinder. Put milk in pan and cook along with ground rice, cardamom, ground almonds and sugar and cook until thick.
Then take it off from heat and put kewra and let it cool.
Serve with silver warq and pista garnishing.
