- Almond ( Badaam ) ground – 250g
- Rice – 50g
- Sugar- 500g
- Cream- 250g
- Milk- 2 kg
- Small cardamom- 6
- Kewra- 1 tbsp
- Pista- 25g
Soak rice for 2 hrs and then grind in grinder. Put milk in pan and cook along with ground rice, cardamom, ground almonds and sugar and cook until thick. Then put Cream and cook little bit more.
Then take it off from heat and put kewra and let it cool.
Serve with silver warq and pista garnishing.
