Perfect and Easy khoya Recipe: English – Urdu
Ingredients:
- Eggs – 6
- Sugar – 1 cup
- Khoya – 375 gm or whole dried milk – 750 gm
- Ghee – 1 cup
- Green cardamom powder – 1 tsp
- Chopped almonds and pistachio – as required
How to Make Egg Halwa: English – Urdu Recipe
Method:
- Take a bowl, add eggs, sugar, cardamoms powder, khoya or milk powder and ghee, whisk well.
- Now heat up a wok and pour in this mixture.
- Cook on medium flame until the oil separates, then add 1/2 dry fruits in it.
- Halwa is cooked, grease a dish and place the halwa on it.
- Garnish it with the remaining almonds and pistachio.
