Fried and ground masala:

  1. Red whole chilies – 12
  2. Cumin – 1 tbsp
  3. Coriander seeds – 1 tbsp
  4. Black pepper – 1 tsp

Roast and grind coarsely

Ingredients:

  1. Chicken – 1 kg
  2. Oil – 3/4 cup
  3. Tomato – 5 sliced
  4. Green chilies – 4 to 5
  5. Ginger flaks – 1 tbsp
  6. Chopped fresh coriander – 2 tbsp
  7. Onion – 1 cup
  8. Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  9. Yogurt – 1/2 cup
  10. Salt – to taste

Method:

  • Take a pan, add oil and fry chicken until light golden and take it out from the oil.
  • Then add chopped onion in same oil and fry until light golden, then add 5 sliced tomato and ginger garlic paste, cover and cook until tomatoes become soft.
  • Then add 1/2 cup yogurt, mix well.
  • Then add grinded masala, green chili, ginger flakes, mix and add chicken, mix cover and let it cook on low heat with 1/4 cup water.
  • Then give smoke of charcoal. Garnish with ginger, green chili, fresh coriander.
