Nice and tasty blender chocolate cupcakes made with ganache, easy to cook and perfect for the holidays. Your kids will appreciate your effort and praise your food.

Blender Chocolate Cupcakes by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  1. Flour – 1 cup/100 gm
  2. Coco powder – ½ cup/6 tbsp
  3. Ground sugar – 1 cup/200 gm
  4. Baking soda – ½ tsp
  5. Salt – ¼ tsp
  6. Hot water – ¾ cup
  7. Oil – ½ cup
  8. Egg – 1
  9. Vanilla – 1 tsp

Method:

  • Add all above ingredients in a blender and blend for 2 minutes.
  • Then pour this mixture in a cup cake tray with liners.
  • Now bake on 185 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.
  • Let it cool and decorate with chocolate ganache.

Ingredients for Chocolate Ganache

  1. Cream – 200 gm
  2. Chocolate grated – 200 gm
  3. Butter – 1 tbsp

Method:

  • Scald cream in a sauce pan add grated chocolate, do not stir for 5 minutes, until chocolate melts.
  • Then mix and add butter and mix well.
  • Put this ganache in fridge until little bit thick.
  • Then apply on cup cake.
