Chocolate Mint Soap
Ingredients:

1. Coconut oil – 4 tbsp
2. Olive oil – 2 tbsp
3. Whole wheat flour – 2 tbsp (dissolves in water and make paste)
4. Coco powder – 4 tbsp
5. Distilled water – as required
6. Peppermint oil – few drops
7. Glycerine – 4 tbsp

Method:

Mix all above ingredients, add in a pan and cook and put in fridge for 1 week then use.

Cleanser

1. Parsley or mint – 1 pinch
2. Pinky – 1 pinch
3. Water – as required
4. Rose petals – hand full

Mix and wash face.

All in One Miracle Cream by Dr Khurram
You need to make cream:

1. Fresh Cream – 2 tbsp
2. Honey – 3 tsp
3. Baking soda – 2 tsp
4. Strawberry – 8
5. Ground almond – 1/3 cup
6. Rose water – 1 cup
7. Grapes – 12
8. Neomycin cream – 10gm

Method:
Add all above ingredients in a blender and blend well. apply this cream every night on all over your body, face, underarms, neck and hand and feet. Then rinse with ubtan. Use of this cream you will get fair complexion, will make your face glow, get rid of wrinkles, pimples, freckles, open pores, blackheads and white heads.
Along this cream method, take at least 8 glasses of water in whole day; add exercise in your daily routine. Add lentils, fruits, vegetables and green salad in your diet.

Homemade Oil for Premature Greying of Hair by Dr Khurram

Sometimes, scalp hair greys before time. This can be because of several reasons: tension, disease, cheap hair color, etc., but the most common reason is sinus. To get rid of sinus, you need to make a drink and an oil to stop your hair from greying.

To make the oil:

Ingredients:

1. Tara Mira oil or desi egg oil – 1/2 kg
2. Kala pathar – 10g
3. Crushed almond – handful
4. Fenugreek seeds – handful
5. Licorice – 1 pinch

Method:

In a pan, add oil, kala pathar, almond, fenugreek seeds and licorice and cook well. Pour in a bottle and keep in the sun for 3-4 days. Massage your hair every day with this oil. Rinse your hair with homemade shampoo. Also take 1 Omega 3 Fatty Acid capsule every day. With this treatment, your premature grey hair will fall out and the new hair that grows, will be in your natural hair color.

To make the drink:

Ingredients:

1. Curry leaves – 2-3
2. Dry grapes – 2
3. Carom seeds – 1 pinch
4. Sugar candy – to taste

Method:

Take 1 cup of water, and add curry leaves, dry grapes, carom seeds and cook. Add sugar candy to taste. Drink 1 glass a day. With this drink, your flu, sinus, mucus, etc, will be gone.

Freckles are predominantly found on the face, although they may appear on any skin exposed to the sun, such as the shoulders. Ingredients:

1. Sugar cane juice – 1 cup
2. Lactic acid – 4 tbsp
3. Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
4. Ubtan – 1 tsp
5. Alpha hydroxyl lotion – 4 tbsp
6. Glycerine – 1 tbsp
7. Rose water – as required
8. Triamicinolone cream – 5g

Method:
Take a pan; add sugar cane juice, lactic acid, turmeric powder, ubtan, alpha hydroxyl lotion, glycerine and rose water. Cook them well. Cool the mixture down, and then add triamcinolone cream. Mix and keep in fridge. Apply on twice a day on freckle and pigmentation. Your face will clear with this cream and your complexion with become fair as well. Along with this cream, you need take a ginseng tablet. Take one tablet every night with 1 cup of green tea.

For green tea, you need:

1. Green tea or jasmine tea leaves – 1/2 tsp
2. Ginger – 1/4 tsp
3. Cinnamon – 1 pinch
4. Liquorice – 1 pinch
5. Honey or ghurr – to taste

Method:
Take a pan; add green tea or jasmine tea leaves, ginger, cinnamon and liquorice. Cook and add honey or ghurr according to your taste, and also take above mentioned tablet with it.

Mix all above ingredients and make scrub, scrub every day on face and clean your face. Then apply cream.

Ingredients for Cream:

1. Vitamin C tables – 50
2. Vitamin E capsules – 25
3. Vitamin A cream – pea size
4. Hydroquinone cream 2% – 2 tbsp

Method:
Mix all above ingredients in glycerine, make smooth cream. Keep refrigerated. Apply twice a day on your face. Along with this treatment, take the below mixture for best results.

For mixture:

1. Citric acid powder – 2 tbsp
2. Coram seeds – 1 pinch
3. Dry ginger – 1 piece
4. Lemon – 2
5. Lahori salt – to taste
6. Cider vinegar – as required

Method:
Mix citric acid powder, dry ginger, lemon and salt. Keep refrigerated. Mix 1 tsp of this mixture and ½ tsp of cider vinegar in 1 glass of warm water. Take every day before breakfast. Use SPF 15 or 30 or apply sun block while going out in sun. Take fruit, milk and vegetables.
