How to Cook Chicken Boneless Handi: Urdu – English Recipe

Chicken Boneless Handi
Ingredients:

  1. Boneless chicken – ½ kg
  2. Onion – 2
  3. Tomato – 3 chopped
  4. Ginger garlic paste – 2 tsp
  5. White cumin – 1 ½ tsp
  6. Red chili powder – 1 tsp
  7. Salt – to taste
  8. Dry fenugreek leaves – 1 tsp
  9. Green chili – as required
  10. Black pepper – ¼ tsp
  11. Garam masala powder – 1 tsp
  12. desicated coconut – 2 tsp
  13. Yogurt – ¼ cup
  14. Cream – ¼ cup
  15. Flour – 1 tsp
  16. Ghee – 2 tsp
  17. Ginger flaks and fresh coriander – as required

Method:

Take a wok, heat up oil and fry chicken until white. Then take out chicken from oil and in same oil, sauté onion, add ginger garlic, mix and add 1 tsp cumin seeds, red chili, some water and fry along fenugreek leaves, green chili, black pepper, garam masala and ½ tsp of cumin seeds, fry well. Then add coconut, mix, add yogurt, mix, add cream and flour, mix and fry well. Now heat up pot, add ghee and pour cooked chicken. Garnish with ginger flaks and fresh coriander and serve.
