Chicken Chops

Ingredients:
4 chicken leg pieces
1 tbs ginger paste
Ghee for deep frying
For Chop Mixture:
½ inch ginger (chopped)
4 tbs gram flour ( Besan )
2 tbs Methi leaves (chopped)
2 tbs (chopped) Coriander leaves
1 inch ginger (chopped)
10 garlic flakes (chopped)
3 green chillies (chopped)
2 tbs chicken Masala
½ tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
1 pinch (soda bicarbonate)
Salt to taste
Method:
Boil chicken leg pieces with 1 tbs ginger and salt. Separate chicken meat from bone.
Mash it with hands. Mix all the ingredients for making chop with the chicken.
Make flat round / oval shape. Heat ghee in a frying pan and deep fry chops till golden and crispy. Serve with onion rings, lemon slices and tomato sauce.
