How to Make Chicken Chops

Chicken Chops

Ingredients:

  1. 4 chicken leg pieces
  2. 1 tbs ginger paste
  3. Ghee for deep frying

For Chop Mixture:

  1. ½ inch ginger (chopped)
  2. 4 tbs gram flour ( Besan )
  3. 2 tbs Methi leaves (chopped)
  4. 2 tbs (chopped) Coriander leaves
  5. 1 inch ginger (chopped)
  6. 10 garlic flakes (chopped)
  7. 3 green chillies (chopped)
  8. 2 tbs chicken Masala
  9. ½ tsp Turmeric powder
  10. 1 tsp cumin powder
  11. 1 tsp coriander powder
  12. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  13. 1 tsp garam masala powder
  14. 1 pinch (soda bicarbonate)
  15. Salt to taste

Method:

  • Boil chicken leg pieces with 1 tbs ginger and salt. Separate chicken meat from bone.
  • Mash it with hands. Mix all the ingredients for making chop with the chicken.
  • Make flat round / oval shape. Heat ghee in a frying pan and deep fry chops till golden and crispy. Serve with onion rings, lemon slices and tomato sauce.
