Chicken boneless – 1 kg
Onion – 2 medium
Green chillies – 5 to 6
Ginger, garlic paste – 2 tbsp
Garam masala – 1 tbsp
Red chilli – 2 tsp
Salt – according to your taste
Fresh cream – ½ packets
Put all spices in blender and make paste then put this mixture in boneless chicken also add fresh creamand marinade for 1 to 2 hours.
Now take a pan put oil and all chicken mixture and cook until tender.
Then give a BBQ smell with charcoal ( take a slice of bread or Roti put in the middle of cooked chicken then put charcoal and put few drops of oil or ghee and quickly cover with a lid for 3 to 4 min then remove charcoal ).
You can BBQ same chicken put on skewers and BBQ but time by time apply oil on chicken during cooking.
