Chicken Mince and Potato stuffed Naan
Ingredients for dough:
Flour – 4 cups
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Sugar – 2 tbsp
Yeast – 3 tsp
Dry milk powder – 2 tbsp
Egg – 1
Oil – 1/2 cup
Green chilli- 2 ground
Method:
Take a bowl, add flour, salt, sugar, yeast, milk powder, egg, oil and green chilli paste, mix and make soft dough with warm water. Leave until it doubles in size.
Ingredients for filling:
Chicken mince – 250gm
Boiled and mashed potato – 2
Oil – 1 tbsp
Chopped onion – 2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
Black pepper – 1/2 tsp
Blended tomato – 1
Red crushed chilli – 1
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
Salt – to taste
Garam masala powder – 1/2 tsp
Green chilli – 2 chopped
Fresh coriander – 2 tbsp
Chaat masala – 1/2 tsp
Method:
Take a pan, add oil and sauté onion, then add ginger garlic paste and chicken mince, fry well. Then add blended tomato, black pepper, red chilli, turmeric powder and salt, fry until water dries. Now take it off of the flame and add garam masala, chaat masala, mashed potato, green chilli and fresh coriander, mix well. Now divide dough in small balls, roll and fill with filing make naan. Bake in preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve with mint sauce.
