How to Make Coconut Macaroons, English / Urdu Recipe

Coconut Macaroons

Ingredients:

  1. Sugar – 200gm
  2. Egg white – 4
  3. Desiccated coconut – 150gm
  4. Vanilla essence – few drops
  5. Plain flour – 1 tsp

Method:

  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees,gas mark 4.
  • Line a baking sheet with a non stick baking mat or parchment.
  • Whisk together sugar and egg white in a large bowl.
  • Stir in the remaining ingredients.
  • Form dough into tablespoon mounds, and drop each onto sheet, 2 inches apart.
  • Bake macaroons until golden-brown on bottoms and edges, about 30 minutes.
  • Let cool on sheets for 5 min.
