Crispy Chicken Fritters Recipe

Ingredients:

  1. Boneless chicken – 1/2 kg cut in cubes and flatten with steak hammer.
  2. Chaat masala – 1 tsp
  3. Red crushed chili – 1 tsp
  4. Salt – 1 tsp
  5. Vinegar – 2 tbsp

Method:

Apply chaat masala, crushed red chili, salt and vinegar on chicken pieces and leave for 15 to 20 minutes.

Ingredients for Batter:

  1. Cornflour – 2 tbsp
  2. Plain flour – 2 tbsp
  3. Rice flour – 2 tbsp
  4. Baking soda – 1/4 tsp
  5. Gram flour – 4 tbsp
  6. Dry fenugreek leaves – 1 tsp
  7. Crushed coriander seeds – 1 tsp
  8. Salt – 1/2 tsp
  9. Oil – 2 tbsp
  10. Chilled water – as required

Method:

  • Take a bowl, add cornflour, plain flour, rice flour, baking soda, gram flour, fenugreek leaves, crushed coriander seeds, salt and oil, mix and make batter with chilled water.
