How to Make Dahi Bara and Chaat Masala,English/Urdu Recipe


Dahi Bara Masala
Ingredients:
Red whole chillies – ½ cup
Cumin seeds – ½ cup
Dry coriander – ½ cup
Fry all three spices and grind them coarsely. Put them in a clean jar.
Chaat Masala:
Ingredients:
Cumin powder – ½ cup
Dry coriander – ½ cup
Whole red chillies – ½ cup
Salt – ½ cup
Amchoor powder – 1/3 cup
Whole black peppers – 1 tbsp
Black salt – 1 tbsp
Citric acid – 1 tsp
Mix all the spices and grind. Put them in a clean jar and use it whenever you want.
