Ingredients for Crust:
Digestive biscuits – 200 gm (make crumbs)
Butter, melted – 75g or 3 tbsp
Desiccated coconut – 1 ½ tbsp
Mix biscuit crumbs and coconut in melted butter and press into your preferred pan, and bake in preheat oven to 350 degrees F, Gas Mark 4, 180 C for 8 minutes.
Then set aside.

Curd cheese – ½ cup (1/2 cup yogurt hang in muslin clothe for whole night)
