Mango Swirl Cheesecake: English – Urdu Recipe

Delicious Mango Swirl Cheesecake

Summer is coming, and along with summer, we also get its seasonal fruits, and mango is the most popular fruit of the season, so let’s make mango swirl cheesecake, where you can feel the unique taste of mango in the cake.

Ingredients for Crust:

  1. Digestive biscuits – 200 gm (make crumbs)
  2. Butter, melted – 75g or 3 tbsp
  3. Desiccated coconut – 1 ½ tbsp
  • Mix biscuit crumbs and coconut in melted butter and press into your preferred pan, and bake in preheat oven to 350 degrees F, Gas Mark 4, 180 C for 8 minutes.
  • Then set aside.

Ingredients for filling Cheesecake:

  1. Curd cheese – ½ cup (1/2 cup yogurt hang in muslin clothe for whole night)
  2. Cream cheese – 200gm
  3. Icing sugar – 2 tbsp
  4. Mango puree – 2 cups
  5. Whipped cream – 2 packets
  6. Mango essence – 1 tsp
  7. Gelatin powder – 1 tbsp (dissolves in 3 tbsp warm water)

Method:

  • Take a bowl, add curd cheese, cream cheese, cream, icing sugar, gelatin mixture, mango essence and mango puree, beat with beater.
  • Pour batter into prepared crust, then pour prepared mango puree, give a swirl with toothpick and put in the fridge to chill.
  • Once fully chilled, it is ready to serve.

For Decoration:

  1. Gelatin powder – 1 tsp (dissolves in 1 tbsp water)
  2. Mango puree – 1 cup
Mix mango puree and gelatin mixture, spread on cheese cake.
