Diet and Treatment for Scalp and Body Pimples During the Summer

During the summer, most of the times, pimples because of the heat can appear on your scalp, your face or your body. To be safe from this problem, simply applying a lotion doesn’t work; you also need a healthy diet.
Daily diet:
Every day, mix mint and gurr with 1 glass of sattu ka sharbat. In your salad, add more cucumber and tomatoes. Instead of meat, eat beans. Eat fried food only twice a week. During the day, drink at least 6 – 8 glasses of water.
Lotion for face and body:
Apply alcohol based Erythromycin Lotion on pimples.

Conditioner for scalp:
Mix 2 tbsp of mayonnaise, 1 pinch of turmeric powder, 1 tsp of olive oil, 1 tbsp of full cream milk, 1 pinch of cinnamon powder in a glass of water, apply on scalp. Wrap your head with a shower cap and wash your hair after half an hour. Any pimples that you have because of the heat will vanish.
