Double Chocolate Frosted Brownies are easy and delicious to make, and you can especially make it on Valentine’s Day for your loved one.

Double Chocolate Frosted Brownies

Ingredients:

  1. Coco powder – 50g (1/2 cup)
  2. Eggs – 3
  3. Milk – 250ml
  4. Brown sugar – 200g (1 cup)
  5. Flour – 250g (2 cups)
  6. Vanilla – 2 tsp
  7. Salt – 1 pinch
  8. Melted butter – 100g
  9. Baking soda – 5g (3/4 tsp)
  10. Dark chocolate – 50g
  11. Milk chocolate – 200g
  12.  Cream – 100ml

Method:

  • Mix dry ingredients.
  • Then in another bowl, mix milk, eggs and butter.
  • Pour mixture in dry ingredients. Fold well.
  • Bake in square pan on 150C for 40 mins.
  • When it cools down, glaze and cut in squares.
