  1. Baran jasaf – 1 tsp
  2. Gokhru – 2 pieces
  3. Barhamdandi – 2 sticks

Method:

  • Add all above ingredients in a cup, pour boiling hot water, cover and drink this tea after an hour of breakfast and your regular diabetes medicine.
  • You can drink this tea twice a day.
