How to Make Dry Fruit Cake

Dry Fruit Cake

Ingredients:

6 eggs
250 g white butter
250 g sugar
250 g plain flour
1tbsp baking powder
Badam, pista, kaju, akhrot 20g each

Method:

Half hour preheat oven on 250.
boil nuts in water to soften.
Beat eggs.
Mix butter and sugar in a seprate bowl with spoon than beat it.

Now add butter, sugar batter in eggs. Beat again. Add baking powder and beat.

Now slowly shift plain flour during beating. When plain flour shifted completely beat it fast.
Place nuts mix.

Grease pan with butter and shift beated batter in pan.

Keep it in oven, reduce temperature to 200 after 3 minutes.

Reduce it to 180 after 5-7 minutes.

Bake 8-10 minutes more.
