Try this creamy easy chicken lasagna recipe.  This lasagna recipe is delicious and easy to cook. However it will take some time to prepare so can be made a day in advance in case you are expecting some guest or planning to arrange special dinner or family.

Easy Chicken Lasagna Recipe

Garlic Bread Recipe: English – Urdu

Ingredients:

  1. Boneless chicken – ½ kg cubed
  2. Oil – ¼ cup
  3. Chopped onion – 3 tbsp
  4. Garlic paste – 1 tsp
  5. Salt – 1 tsp
  6. Black pepper – 1 tsp
  7. Oregano leaves – 1 tsp
  8. Flour – 1 tbsp
  9. Cream – 4 tbsp
  10. Thinly sliced mushrooms – 3 tbsp
  11. Capsicum – 1 cubed

Method for filling:

  • In a pan, heat oil and fry onions till soft. Add and fry garlic paste and chicken cubes for 5 minutes.
  • Then add flour with salt, pepper, cream, mushrooms and oregano leaves with ½ cup water.
  • Cover and cook till done.

Ingredients for cheese sauce:

Spinach and Mince Lasagna Recipe in Urdu – English
  1. Butter – 2 ounce
  2. Flour – 2 tbsp heaped
  3. Milk – 1 cup
  4. Water – 1 cup
  5. Cream – 4 tbsp
  6. Salt – ½ tsp
  7. White pepper – ½ tsp
  8. Mustard – ½ tsp
  9. Cheddar cheese grated – 2 tbsp

To prepare cheese sauce:

  • In a pan, heat butter and add flour, salt, pepper and mustard, milk and water.
  • Stir till thick. Add cheese and remove from stove.

Ingredients for tomato sauce:

  1. Oil – 1 tbsp
  2. Garlic – ½ tsp
  3. Tomato paste – 3 tbsp
  4. Ketchup  – 3 tbsp
  5. Salt – ½ tsp
  6. Black Pepper – ½ tsp
  7. Oregano – ½ tsp
  8. Sugar – 1 tsp
  9. Boiled lasagna strips – 8

Method for tomato sauce:

  • In another pan, heat oil and cook garlic, tomato paste, ketchup, salt, pepper, oregano and sugar for 2 minutes.
  • Add ½ cup water and cook till sauce thickens.

To assemble:

  • Grease a rectangular dish. Lay four lasagna strips and spread half of chicken filling, sprinkle chopped capsicum, half cheese sauce and half tomato sauce.
  • Repeat the process again and sprinkle grated cheese.
  • Bake for 5 minutes till top is golden. Serve hot.
