How to Make Murgh Malai Tikka: English – Urdu Recipe

Ingredients:

  1. Chicken boneless – ½ kg (2″ cubes)
  2. Crushed Green chilies – 1 tbsp
  3. Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  4. Roasted and crushed cumin seeds – 1 tsp
  5. Garam masala powder – ½ tsp
  6. Roasted and crushed dry coriander seeds – 2 tsp
  7. White pepper – ½ tsp
  8. Red crushed chili – 1 tsp
  9. Cream – 2 tbsp
  10. Yogurt – 2 tbsp
  11. Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
  12. Salt – to taste
  13. Almonds paste – 2 tbsp
  14. Raw papaya – 2 tbsp
  15. Melted butter or oil – for brushing
Chicken Malai Boti Recipe: English – Urdu

Method:

  • In a bowl marinate chicken cubes with papaya, green chili, ginger garlic paste, white cumin, garam masala, dry coriander, white pepper, red chilli, cream, yogurt, lemon juice, salt and almonds for 2 hours.
  • Then put on skewers, BBQ until nearly done.
  • Brush with remaining marinade and BBQ for another 5 minutes.
  • Brushing with clarified butter or oil until done.
  • Serve with mint green chutney.
