Easy cinnamon bubble bread recipe, also called monkey bubble bread recipe, excellent for breakfast. It’s a time consuming recipe, but your family and friends will definitely love this bread in breakfast. You can add cherries and nuts according to your taste.
Easy Cinnamon Bubble Bread Recipe
Flour – 16 oz/ 3 1/4 cup/ 400 gm
Yeast – 2 1/2 tsp
Salt – 2 tsp
Sugar – 3 tbsp or 1/4 cup
Butter – 75 gm
Milk – 1 cup
Cinnamon powder – 2 tsp
Brown sugar – 1 cup
Melted butter – 100 gm
Take a bowl, add flour, yeast, salt, sugar, butter and warm milk, mix and make soft dough with warm water (if needed).
Leave dough in warm place until double in size.
Then make small balls with the help of greased hands and place in glass bowl for 2nd proofing.
Now take 100 gm butter and melt in a pan, dip balls in melted butter, then roll in brown sugar and place in bunt cake pan in layers.
Cover and leave for 3rd proofing.
Then bake in preheated oven on 180 for 25 to 30 minutes.
When it’s done, make a glaze with 1 cup of icing sugar and 2 tbsp of milk and drizzle on baked bubble bread and serve.
