<p>Tandoori chicken is highly popular Indian and Pakistani dish. Chicken is marinated overnight in spices and lemon juice, then grilled or bake in oven.<br />

<li>Papaya paste &#8211; 2 tbsp</li>
<li>Lemon juice &#8211; 3 small or 2 big make juice with seeds</li>

<li>Salt &#8211; 1 tsp or to taste</li>
<li>Oil &#8211; 6 tbsp</li>
<li>National Tandoori Masala &#8211; as required</li>
</ol>
<p><strong>Method:</strong><br />
Mix all above ingredients and apply on chicken slices. Leave for at least 2 hours. Then place on greased oven tray and bake in preheated oven on 190 for 35 to 40 minutes. Then give smoke of charcoal. Serve with chutney and salad.<br />

<p>Halwa Puri is a Pakistani Traditional Breakfast, that every body likes. Delicious halwa puri serves with spicy chick peas and potato curry.</p>
<p><strong>Ingredients:</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Sugar &#8211; 2 cup</li>
<li>Water &#8211; 3 cup</li>
<li>Yellow colour &#8211; few drops</li>
<li>Semolina &#8211; 1 cup</li>
<li>Ghee &#8211; 1 cup</li>
<li>Cardamom powder &#8211; 1 tsp</li>
<li>Almonds &#8211; 25gm</li>
<li>Pistachio -  25gm</li>
<li>Raisins &#8211; 25gm</li>
</ol>
<p><strong>Method:</strong><br />
Take a pan, add sugar, water and food colour, and cook until sugar dissolves. Take a wok, heat up ghee and cardamom powder and fry semolina until you can smell aroma, about 2 to 2 and half minutes. Then add sugar syrup, mix well and cook  2 to 3 minutes and remove from the heat. Halwa should be thin. Add almond pistachio and cardamom powder. Garnish with remaining almonds and pistachio.</p>
<p><strong>Puri</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Flour &#8211; 2 cup</li>
<li>Fine atta &#8211; 1 cup</li>
<li>Salt &#8211; 1/2 tsp</li>
<li>Sugar &#8211; 1 tsp</li>
</ol>
<p><strong>Method:</strong><br />
Mix and make soft dough with warm water. Leave for an hour. Make small balls and roll down without dry flour, just  use oil. Then deep fry puri in medium hot oil. Serve with halwa, aloo ki bhujia and chanay.<br />

<ol>
<li>    Water &#8211; 2 jug</li>
<li>    Fresh Curry Leaves &#8211; 1 bunch</li>
<li>    Joot Ki Bori &#8211; size of handkerchief</li>
<li>    Kala Pathar &#8211; 1 small piece</li>
<li>    Olive Oil &#8211; ½ Kg</li>
<li>    Fenugreek seeds &#8211; 2 tsp</li>
<li>    Black pepper &#8211; 8 pieces</li>
<li>    Onion paste &#8211; 2 tsp</li>
<li>    Garlic paste &#8211; 2 tsp</li>
<li>    Ginger paste &#8211; 2 tsp</li>
<li>    Betamethasone cream 10 grams</li>
</ol>
<p><strong>Method</strong></p>
<p>Boil a bunch of fresh curry leaves in approx. 2 jugs of water. Take out boiled curry leaves out of water. Then add ½ kg olive oil with boiled curry leaves and keep boiling with olive oil. Then add fenugreek seeds, crushed kala pathar, black pepper, onion paste, ginger, garlic paste and burned joot cloth, add with all boiling ingredients. Then mash all the ingredients with the help of wooden spoon. Keep boiling until colour changes to orange. Turn off the cooking flame. Then mash all the ingredients to tiny particles. When boiling temperature goes down or no steam is visible, add betamethasone cream. Pour prepared oil in glass bottle and leave 4-5 days in sunlight then apply 4 times a week. Wash your hair with homemade shampoo. This hair good for premature greying, Long hair growth, Hair fall protection, split end and Ant dandruff.<br />

<p><strong>Ingredients:</strong></p>

<li>Basmati Rice – 1/2 kg</li>
<li>Jaggery – 250gm</li>
<li>Ghee &#8211; 1/2 cup</li>
<li>Cinnamon &#8211; 3 pieces</li>
<li>Clove &#8211; 4</li>
<li>Fennel seeds – 1 tbsp</li>
<li>Cardamom – 4</li>
<li>Almond, pistachio &#8211; 3/4 cup</li>
<li>Cream &#8211; 3/4 cup</li>
</ol>
<p><strong>Method:</strong></p>
<p>Take water double the quantity of the rice, add the gur (Jaggery), and mix well and allow it to dilute. In a pan, heat up Ghee on medium heat, and then add cinnamon, green cardamom, clove and fennel seeds. Now add gur mixture and bring to boil. Then put chopped pistachio, almond and rice, mix and cook until water dries. Then put on steam for 15 minutes. Serve with crushed almonds, silver paper and cream.<br />

Take a pan, add cherries, honey, peach, rose water, glycerine and lactic acid, mix and cook well. Then add cream and mix well. Every day at night massage your face with this cream, leave for 20 minutes, and then wash it. With this useful mask your face skin will life, also you will get rid of wrinkles and crows feet. <p>The Baluch (also Baloch, or Balochi) are a seminomadic people (they like the pieces of meat are spitted on green twigs, Balochi dishes are very popular in every where now a days. Try this yummy karahi, every body will love it.</p>
<p><strong>Ingredients:</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Chicken &#8211; 1 kg</li>
<li>Yogurt &#8211; 375gm or 1 1/2 cup</li>
<li>Oil &#8211; 1/2 cup</li>
<li>Green chilli &#8211; 12</li>
<li>Salt &#8211; 1 1/2 tsp</li>
<li>Fresh coriander &#8211; 1 bunch</li>
<li>Ginger garlic paste &#8211; 1 tbsp</li>
<li>Turmeric powder &#8211; 1/2 tsp</li>
<li>Coriander powder &#8211; 1 tsp</li>
<li>Cumin seeds &#8211; 1 tsp</li>
<li>Garam masala powder &#8211; 1 tsp</li>
<li>Kasoori methi &#8211; 1 tsp</li>
<li>Ginger flaks, green chillies and fresh coriander &#8211; as required</li>
</ol>
<p><strong>Method:</strong><br />
Take a blender, add yogurt, green chillies and fresh coriander, grind and make chutney. Then add chicken in this chutney along with salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder and ginger garlic paste. Mix and marinate chicken, leave for 10 to 15 minutes. Then take a pan, add oil and splitter cumin seeds, then add marinated chicken along marination mixture. Now cover and cook on low heat until chicken is done and water dries. Then add garam masala powder and dry methi leaves, cook on dum for 5 minutes more. Then garnish with green chillies, fresh coriander and ginger flakes. Serve with hot tandoori naan.<br />

<p><strong>Delhi ka Korma</strong></p>
<p><strong>Ingredients:</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Mutton &#8211; 1/2 kg</li>
<li>Onion &#8211; 1 fried brown</li>
<li>Yogurt &#8211; 250gm</li>
<li>Nutmeg, Mace and green cardamom &#8211; 1 tsp</li>
<li>Salt &#8211; to taste</li>
<li>Ginger garlic paste &#8211; 2 tsp</li>
<li>Red chilli powder &#8211; 2 tsp</li>
<li>Coriander powder &#8211; 2 tsp</li>
<li>Oil &#8211; 1 cup</li>
<li>Kewra &#8211; 1 tsp</li>
<li>Whole garam masala:</li>
<li>Black pepper &#8211; 5</li>
<li>Cloves &#8211; 5</li>
<li>Green cardamoms &#8211; 5</li>
</ol>
<p><strong>Method:</strong></p>
<p>Take a pan, add oil and fry onion until golden brown. Then take it out and grind. In same oil add cloves, black pepper, green cardamoms, ginger garlic paste and mutton, fry for 2 minutes. Then add salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder and fry. Now add water and cook until mutton is done and water dries. In another bowl, add yogurt, nutmeg, mace, cardamom powder and ground brown onion, mix well and add in mutton, fry until yogurt water dries. Then add water and cook until gravy is little bit thick. Then put kewra and serve with naan.<br />

<p><strong>Method;</strong><br />
Put all above ingredients in blender, blend well. When you make it, it will be in the form of a lotion. Keep refrigerated, it will change into solid form. Before applying, leave outside for a while, then apply every day on neck and face with brush, leave for 2 hours. Then wash. This cream should be enough for 1 month. with this cream your colour complexion will be clear in few days like milk.<br />
