How To Make Homemade Fish Fingers Recipe. A grown-up version of kids’ favorites – serve with oven-roasted chips.


  1. Ghee or oil – for frying
  2. Boneless fish – 1 kg (cut in strips)
  3. Salt – to taste
  4. Lemon juice – ¼ cup
  5. Eggs – 2 or 3
  6. Bread crumbs – 2 cup
  7. Black pepper – 1 tsp


  • Clean fish then apply salt and lemon juice, leave for an hour.
  • Add black pepper and salt in lightly beaten eggs. Then roll fish slices in bread crumbs.
  • Now dip bread crumbs coated fish in egg and roll again in bread crumbs.
  • Heat up oil and deep fry fish until light golden.
  • Serve with tartar sauce.
