- Ghee or oil – for frying
- Boneless fish – 1 kg (cut in strips)
- Salt – to taste
- Lemon juice – ¼ cup
- Eggs – 2 or 3
- Bread crumbs – 2 cup
- Black pepper – 1 tsp
- Clean fish then apply salt and lemon juice, leave for an hour.
- Add black pepper and salt in lightly beaten eggs. Then roll fish slices in bread crumbs.
- Now dip bread crumbs coated fish in egg and roll again in bread crumbs.
- Heat up oil and deep fry fish until light golden.
- Serve with tartar sauce.
