Fish kebab, English/Urdu Recipe
Ingredients:
Fish – 300gm
Garlic – 4 clove
Mint – ½ bunches
Egg -1
Onion – 1
Fresh coriander – ½ bunches
Green chillies – 4
Flour – 3 tbsp
Ajwain – ¼ tsp
Crushed red chilli – 1 tbsp
Black pepper – as taste
Method:
First clean fish take out all bones then, put all ingredients and fish in chopper and grind them well. (Not egg). Then make kebabs and dip in egg and shallow fry until golden brown. Serve with any sauce or tomato ketchup.
