Fried fish fingers

Ingredients:
Fish fillet – 2
Mustard- 2 tbsp
Chilli garlic sauce – 2 tsp
Lemon – 2
Eggs – 4
Soya sauce – 2 tbsp
Oregano – 1 tsp
Bread crumbs – 1 cup
Flour – 1 cup

Method:
Cut the fish fillet in fingers style and marinate it in mustard paste, lemon juice and chilli garlic sauce and put it in the fridge for 2 hours. Then beat the eggs and put Soya sauce and oregano and mix well. Now roll fish fingers in flour then in the egg mixture then in bread crumbs and deep fry until it is golden and serve with tarter sauce.

Tarter sauce:

Vinegar – 2 tsp
Mayonnaise – 1 cup
Onion chopped – ½ cup
Cucumber chopped – ½ cup
Carrots chopped – 1/3 cup
Capers – 1 tbsp

Method:
Mix all the above ingredients and make the sauce.
