During Ramadan, this frozen paratha can be a great help, since you don’t have to make more parathas everyday.
- Flour – 1 kg
- Yeast – 2tsp
- Condensed milk – ¼ cup
- Ghee – 1 cup
- Salt – 2 tsp
- Eggs – 2
- Mix all ingredients in flour and make dough with water, leave for at least 3 hours.
- Make balls and roll them in paratha size.
- Then you can cook straight away or freeze them with the help of butter paper, because of which the parathas won’t stick together.
- When you want to cook, remember to apply ghee in the frying pan, beforehand.
