Garlic Mushroom Recipe
- Mushroom – 8 sliced
- Butter – 50g
- Garlic paste – 1/2 tsp
- Chopped parsley – 1 tbsp
- Tomatoes – 1/4 tsp
- White pepper – 1/4 tsp
- Mixed herbs – 1/2 tsp
- Salt – 3/4 tsp
- Take a pan, and mix butter and garlic paste.
- Add chopped parsley, salt, white pepper and mixed herbs. Mix well.
- Add mushrooms and fry for 1 minute.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
