Seekh Kabab Handi Masala

Ingredients:

  1. Beef Mince – 1 kg
  2. Sliced green chillies – 3 to 4
  3. Roasted gram flour – 2 tbsp
  4. Bread Slices – 2 to 3
  5. Egg – 1
  6. Salt – 1 tsp
  7. Garam masala powder – 1 tbsp

Method for Kababs:

  • Grind this mixture well and make small sized seekh kebab.
  • Now shallow fry these kebab on low flame for 7 to 8 minutes.
  • Take them out from the oil and set aside.

Ingredients for Gravy:

  1. Ground onion – 1
  2. Oil – 1 cup
  3. Ginger garlic Paste – 2 tbsp
  4. Tomato – 4 to 5
  5. Dry milk powder – 2 tbsp
  6. Crushed red chilli – 1/2 tbsp
  7. Salt – to taste
  8. Lemon juice – 1 tsp
  9. Black pepper – 1/2 tsp
  10. Fresh coriander – 2 tbsp chopped

Method for Gravy:

  • In a clay pot heat up oil, add onion and ginger garlic paste, fry until light golden brown.
  • Then add chopped tomato, crushed red chilli, fry for one minute.
  • Then add dry milk powder, fry for another 2 minutes and add 1/2 cup water, cover and let it cook on low flame.
  • Then add 1/2 tsp black pepper, lemon juice and salt, mix and let cook for 5 minutes.
  • Now add fried kabab in gravy, mix along with 1/4 cup of water and cook on dum for 10 to 15 minutes.Handi Kabab RecipeHandi Kabab Recipe
