Tasty and healthy chicken fajitas recipe can be serve with cilantro lime rice or if you want lowcarb in your diet, then serve with cilantro cauliflower rice.

Serves 4

Ingredients for the chicken:

  1. Boneless chicken breasts – 4
  2. Fajita seasoning of your choice – 1/3 cup
  3. Salt – to taste

Vegetables:

  1. Sweet yellow onion – 1 medium (sliced)
  2. Capsicum – 3 sliced
  3. Oil – 2 tbsp

Method:

Subway Chicken Fajita Recipe: English – Urdu
  • Apply fajita seasoning and salt on chicken heavily and set a side.
  • Heat up 1 tbsp of oil over medium heat, add the onions and peppers and fry for 10-12 minutes or until tender.
  • Take it out onions and peppers from wok and cover with foil.
  • Now add 1 tbsp oil in same wok and cook chicken breasts on high flame until chicken browned on both sides.
  • Then place chicken into the preheated oven on 350° and bake for 10 minutes.
  • Then cut cooked chicken into slices, garnish with cilantro and lemon juice.
  • Serve with cilantro lime rice, top with peppers, onions and avocado slices.
