Homemade Oil and Diet for Hair Fall
Many people understand that we can stop hair falling process by using expensive oils and shampoos, and somehow it’s true but along with them a good and healthy diet is also a good source to stop hair fall. An unhealthy diet can create many problems. Try to massage your hair twice a week. Use of good quality shampoo concentrates on your health, too. In that case, homemade oil will give you good results.
You need to make oil.
- Desi egg oil – ½ kg
- Tara mira oil (Eruca sativa seeds oil) – ½ kg
- Licorice – 1 stick
- Lemon seeds – 20
- Black pepper – 1 tsp
- Betamethasone valerate cream – 10gm
Take a pan, add desi egg oil, tara mira oil, lemon seeds and black pepper, cook well. Let it cool down then add cream, mix well and massage your hair with this oil 3 times a day in a week. Wash your hair with baby shampoo, then make a lotion with 1% zinc and 1% copper, mix and apply on hair while you go out.
In olive oil, add white gourd, fenugreek seeds, sesame seeds and carrots, cook well and eat this vegetable 3 times a day in a week. Take yogurt, milk with egg. Try to add fruit, vegetables, lentils and salad in your diet.
