How to Cook Tandoori Pasanday with beef undercut and enjoy this Urdu and English recipe.

How to Cook Tandoori Pasanday 

Ingredients:

  1. Beef steaks – ½ kg cut in thin strips
  2. Red crushed chilli – 1 tbsp
  3. Fried and ground onion – 1
  4. Salt – to taste
  5. Mustard oil – 4 tbsp
  6. Papaya paste – 3 tbsp
  7. Yogurt – 1 cup
  8. Garam masala powder – 1 tsp
  9. Roasted and ground gram – 4 tbsp
  10. Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
  11. Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  12. Fried cumin seeds – 1 tsp
  13. Poppy seeds ground – 1 tbsp

Method:

  • Apply all above ingredients on beef steaks and leave for 3 to 4 hours.
  • Then skew on skewers and bake in preheated oven on 200 degree centigrade for 10 to 15 minutes then give smoke of charcoal.
  • Can be BBQ or grill as well.
