How to Make Achari Chicken, English / Urdu Recipe
Achari Chicken
Ingredients:
Chicken – 1kg
Ground raw onion – 2 or 1 cup
Yogurt – 1 cup
Tomato – 2 blend in yogurt
Green chillies – 10
Oil – ½ cup
Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
Kalwanji or onion seeds – 1 tsp
Fennel seeds – 1 tsp
Chaat masala – 1 tbsp
Salt – ½ tsp
Red chilli powder – 2 tsp
Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
Ginger garlic past – 2 tsp
Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
Method:
Lemon juice and chaat masala, mix well and fill green chilli with this mixture. Now take a pan, add oil, heat it up, add onion and fry until light brown. Then add chicken and fry until light golden. Then add tomato and yogurt mixture, mix well. Then add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, kalwanji, fennel seeds, mustard seeds and salt, mix well. Now cover and cook on low heat until water dries. Then fry well and add stuffed green chilli and cook on dum for 10 minutes until green chilli are done. Serve with fresh coriander.
