Balochi Rice with Chicken tikka

Ingredients:

  1. Boiled rice – ½ kg
  2. Raisins – 1 cup
  3. Cashew nuts – 1 cup
  4. Dates – 1 cup
  5. Butter – 50 grams
  6. Salt – ½ tsp
  7. Black pepper – ½ tsp

Tikka ingredients:

  1. Chicken tikka piece – 2
  2. Butter – 50 grams
  3. Black pepper – 1 tsp
  4. Chat masala – 2 tsp
  5. Salt – ½ tsp
  6. Vinegar – 2 tbsp

Method:

  • Heat up 50 grams of butter, then add 1 cup dates, 1 cup cashew nuts and 1 cup of raisins and fry well.
  • Then add ½ kg boiled rice in it.
  • Now add ½ tsp black pepper and ½ tsp salt and mix well.
  • Marinate chicken pieces with black pepper, chat masala, salt and vinegar, overnight in the fridge.
  • Then take a pan, add the marinated chicken with butter and cook till the chicken is tenders.
  • Then take the rice out of the pan, sprinkle fried dried fruits on it.
  • Put tikka pieces on it and sprinkle chaat masala and serve.
