Chicken Daal Kabab

If you would like to learn how to make kabab with meat and lentils so try this Chicken Daal Kabab at home and enjoy.

Ingredients:

  1. Boneless chicken – ½ k
  2. Eggs – 2
  3. Thinly chopped onion – 2
  4. Boiled potato – 1
  5. Fresh coriander – ½ bunches
  6. Salt – to taste
  7. Thinly chopped green chillies – 6
  8. Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  9. Boiled chana dal – ½ cup
  10. Mace powder – ¼ tsp
  11. Red crushed chilli – 2 tbsp
  12. Mint – ½ bunches
  13. Ginger flakes – 1 tbsp
  14. Cumin seeds – 2 tsp
  15. Dry coriander – 2 tsp
  16. Fennel seeds – 2 tsp
  17. Garam masala powder – 1 tsp

Method:

  • In a pan, add chicken, dry coriander, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, red crushed chilli, mace powder, ginger garlic paste and salt, cook until chicken is done and water dries.
  • Then add boiled potato and boiled daal (lentil) and grind them well.
  • Then add green chillies, mint, onion, fresh coriander, ginger and lightly beaten eggs, mix well.
  • Give them round kebab shape and shallow fry from both sides until golden brown.
  • Serve with any sauce (chutney).
