How to Make Chicken Daal Kebab, English / Urdu Recipe
Chicken Daal Kebabs
Ingredients:
Boneless chicken – ½ k
Eggs – 2
Thinly chopped onion – 2
Boiled potato – 1
Fresh coriander – ½ bunches
Salt – to taste
Thinly chopped green chillies – 6
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Boiled chana dal – ½ cup
Mace powder – ¼ tsp
Red crushed chilli – 2 tbsp
Mint – ½ bunches
Ginger flakes – 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds – 2 tsp
Dry coriander – 2 tsp
Fennel seeds – 2 tsp
Garam masala powder – 1 tsp
Method:
In a pan, add chicken, dry coriander, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, red crushed chilli, mace powder, ginger garlic paste and salt, cook until chicken is done and water dries. Then add boiled potato and boiled daal (lentil) and grind them well. Then add green chillies, mint, onion, fresh coriander, ginger and lightly beaten eggs, mix well. Give them round kebab shape and shallow fry from both sides until golden brown. Serve with any sauce (chutney).
