How to Make Chicken Pakoray with Vegetables in Urdu – English

Chicken Pakoray with Vegetables 

Spicy and crispy pakoray with the combination of chicken and mix vegetables.

Ingredients:

  1. Boneless chicken – ½ kg (cut in julienne apply salt and 2 tbsp yogurt, leave for 10 minutes)
  2. Capsicum – 1 cut in julienne
  3. Onion – 1 cut in julienne
  4. Potato – 1 cut in julienne

Batter:

  1. Gram flour – 1 ½ cup
  2. Rice flour – 2 tbsp
  3. Crushed red chili – 1 tbsp
  4. Salt – 1 ½ tsp
  5. Crushed dry coriander – 1 tbsp
  6. Crushed cumin seeds – 1 tsp
  7. Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
  8. Baking soda – ¼ tsp
  9. Yellow food color – 1 pinch

Method:
Take a bowl, add gram flour and rice flour, mix well and leave for 10 to 15 minutes. Then add crushed dry coriander, crushed cumin, red crushed chili, turmeric powder, salt, soda and yellow food color, mix well with water. Then add chicken, capsicum and onion, deep fry until golden and crispy. Serve with tamarind sauce or ketchup.
