Coconut Macaroons Trifle
- Coconut macaroons – ½ kg
- Cream – 1 packet
- Fried desiccated coconut – ½ cup
- Sugar – 5 tbsp
- Corn flour – 4 tbsp (dissolves in water)
- Milk – ½ liter
- Vanilla essence – ½ tsp
- Glazed cherries – as required
- Whipped cream – 1 packet
Take a pan, add milk and sugar, mix and cook until sugar dissolves. Then add corn flour mixture and keep stirring. Now add vanilla essence and mix well and cook until the mixture becomes little thick, then take it off the heat and let it cool down. Then add cream, mix well.
Now arrange macaroons in base of serving bowl, then sprinkle cherries syrup, then custard, then roasted coconut, then macaroons, then coconut, then cream, then decorate with cherries and serve yummy coconut macaroons trifle.
