Crispy Chicken Wings Broast
Ingredients for marination:

  1. Chicken wings – 1 ½ kg with skin
  2. Salt – 4 tsp
  3. Green chili paste – 3 tbsp
  4. Baking powder – 1 tbsp
  5. Water – 3 cups
  6. Ginger garlic paste – 1 ½ tsp

Mix all above ingredients in water, add wings and leave for at least 2 hours.


Ingredients for dry mixture:

  1. Flour – 1 cup
  2. Corn flour – 4 tbsp
  3. Salt – 1 pinch
  4. White pepper – 1 tsp
  5. Oil – for frying
  6. Chilled water – as required



Strain and mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. Pour chilled water in separate bowl. Now roll marinated wings in dry mixture, then dip in water, then roll in dry mixture, then dip in water, then again in dry mixture, then in water and finally roll in dry mixture and deep fry on medium hot oil until golden and crispy. Serve with fries and ketchup.
