How to Make Crown Roast of Lamb in Urdu – English

You have tried lamb ribs in many different styles, like fry, karahi, grilled but do try with whole rack, called crown roast. It is a type of meat roast cut from the rib section of a lamb that the ribs stick up together. Serve with rice, boil potato or fruit.
Crown Roast of Lamb
Ingredients:

  1. Lamb chops – 1 kg full rack of ribs
  2. Olive oil – 2 tbsp
  3. White vinegar – 1 tbsp
  4. Black pepper – 1 tsp
  5. Salt – 1 tsp
  6. Ginger garlic paste – 2 tsp
  7. Garam masala powder – ½ tsp
  8. Meat tenderizer – 1 tsp
  9. Yogurt – 3 tbsp

Method:
First of all, take chops and pound them and move all the meat off the bones. Mix all above ingredients in yogurt and apply on chops, then leave it for at least 1 hour. Then bake in preheated oven on 180 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. When it’s done, serve with boil potatoes, rice or fruits.
