How to Make Delicious Cashew Nut Crunchy Kulfi

Cashew Nut Crunchy Kulfi

  1. Milk – 1 liter
  2. Rose water – 1 tsp
  3. Khoya – 250 gm
  4. Cream – 1 packet
  5. Condensed milk – ½ tin
  6. Sugar – ½ cup
  7. Corn flour – 2 tbsp
  8. Cashew nut  – 1 cup
  9. Cardamom powder – ¼ tsp
  10. Ingredients for Caramel
  11. Sugar – ½ cup

take a pan add milk, bring to boil then add ½ cup sugar and cook till sugar is dissolved. Now add corn flour dissolved in a little milk. Stir contentiously. Then add khoya, cream, condensed milk, rose water and cardamom powder. Mix well and keep aside to cool.

Method for Making Caramel
take a frying pan put ½ cup sugar, cook till sugar melts and turn into golden brown color. Add in cashew nut and mix well. Then spread this mixture in a greased plate, keep aside till firm.
Crush well and put a little crushed caramel in each kulfi mold. Fill the remaining mold with milk mixture and freeze overnight.
