Delicious murgh lasani recipe is very simple and has unique taste like achari chicken, you should try this recipe with tandoori naan or chappati.

 

Delicious Murgh Lasani

Ingredients:

  1. Boneless chicken – ½ kg
  2. Garlic cloves – 6
  3. Small green chilies – 10
  4. Butter – 50gm
  5. Tomato ketchup – ½ cup
  6. Yogurt – ½ cup
  7. Crushed red chilies – 1 tsp
  8. Green chili paste – 1 tbsp
  9. Crushed garlic – 1 tbsp
  10. Mustard seeds – ½ tsp
  11. Onion seeds – ½ tsp
  12. Fennel seeds – ½ tsp
  13. Salt – ½ tsp
  14. Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp
  15. Lemon juice – 4 tbsp
  16. Oil – 4 tbsp

Method:

  • Sliced the boneless chicken in 3 inch long pieces. Now take a bowl, add chicken pieces, mustard seeds, cardamoms, fennel seeds, red chili powder, green chili paste and crushed garlic.
  • In a pan, heat up oil and fry chicken pieces on low flame until water dries out.
  • Add mayonnaise, yogurt, tomato ketchup and lemon juice and cook on low flame for 10 minutes.
  • Then take it out in a serving platter.
  • Now in a frying pan, heat up butter to fry 6 cloves garlic and 10 chopped small green chilies and add chicken in it.
  • Delicious Murgh Lasani is ready.
