Dhuli Moong Ki Daal K Pakoray
Ingredients:
Dhuli Moong daal (split yellow gram) – 1 cup
Onion – 2
Green coriander – 2 tbsp
Green chillies – 4 to 5
Mint – 2 tbsp
Salt – ½ tsp
Dry coriander (ground) – ½ tsp
Cumin seeds (fried and ground) – 1 tsp
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Method:
Soak daal for 6 hours, and then wash. Now put in grinder and make a past along with onion, chopped green chillies, fresh coriander, salt, red chilli, dry coriander, cumin seeds and mint leaves. Mix all ingredients and deep fry in hot oil till golden and crispy. Serve with mint sauce.
