How to Make Divine Chocolate Mousse
You may have tried several mousse recipes before, but this one will completely surprise you, because it’s so yummy that your kids will be asking you to make it again.
- Milk – 750ml
- Corn flour – 2 ½ tbsp
- Coco powder – 2 tbsp
- Sugar – 1 cup
- Gelatin powder – 1 ½ tbsp
- Cherries – as required
- Whipped cream – 400gm
- Chocolate chip or chocolate – 1 cup
- Cream cheese – 3 tbsp
Take a bowl, add 1 cup of milk, corn flour, gelatin powder and sugar, mix well and add in a pan with remaining milk put on flame and bring to boil. When it starts to thicken, add chocolate chip or chocolate, mix well. Take off of the flame, add cream cheese and mix with whisk. Let it cool down completely. Then fold whipped cream and pour in serving bowl or serving dishes. Put it in the fridge for at least 1 or 1 ½ hours. When it’s done, decorate with cream and cherries and enjoy!
