Try totally different, delicious and easy egg salad.
- Boiled eggs – 4 cut in half
- Yogurt – 1/2 kg
- Salt – 1/4 tsp
- Chopped fresh coriander – 2 tbsp
- Butter – 1 tbsp
- Green cardamom powder – 1 pinch
- Fried crushed cumin seeds – 1 pinch
- Thinly chopped green chili – 2
- Take a bowl, add yogurt, salt and fresh coriander, mix well.
- Take a pan; add butter, cumin seeds, cardamom powder and green chilies, heat up a little.
- Then in serving plate, place halved eggs, then pour yogurt mixture, then on top pour butter mixture and serve.
