How to Make Gond Pak
Ingredients:
- Melted ghee – 1/3 cup
- Gond fried and ground – 250gm
- Green cardamom powder – 1 tsp
- Flour – 1 tbsp
- Ground nutmeg – 1/4 tsp
- Ground mace – 1/4 tsp
- Poppy seeds – 2 tbsp
- Desiccated coconut – 3 tbsp
- Chopped almond – 4 tbsp
- Chopped pistachio – 4 tbsp
Method:
- Take a wok, add ghee and fry flour until light brown.
- Then add Gond, fry well.
- Then add poppy seeds, fry for 3 sec, then add coconut.
- Fry for 2 sec then add almond, cardamom, nutmeg, mace and pistachio, mix well.
Sugar syrup
Ingredients:
- Sugar – 1 cup
- Water – 1 cup
- Melted ghee – 1/3 cup
Method:
- Cook until sugar dissolves, then let it cook until it becomes into 3 strings, then add ghee, mix well and quickly add this mixture in fried Gond mixture, mix and pour in greased tray, level and let it cool down.
- Cut in slices and enjoy winter season.

Make the sugar syrup less thick.

I tried gond paak, its such a good and healthy recipe.
