How to Make Kaleji Fry ( Fry Liver )

Ingredients:

  1. Lamb Liver – 1/2 kg
  2. Lemon – 4
  3. Salt –  according to taste
  4. Garlic paste – 2 tsp
  5. oil – 4 tbsp
  6. Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
  7. Grama Masala – 1/2 tsp

Method:

  • Take a bowl and put lemon juice, garlic, salt, red chilli powder, and garam masala mix well and marinade liver for 10 min.
  • Now heat up oil in pan and put liver and fry well, until water dry and serve hot.
