How to Make (Kebab Digi) Pan Kebabs, English / Urdu Recipe

(Kebab Digi) Pan Kebab

Ingredients:

  1. Mince – ½ kg
  2. Green chilli – 5
  3. Fresh coriander – 2 tbsp
  4. Onion – 1 medium
  5. Red chilli powder – 2 tsp
  6. Oil – ¼ cup
  7. Salt – 1 ½ tsp
  8. Garam masala – 1 tsp
  9. Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
  10. Ginger garlic paste – 2 tsp
  11. Fried and ground cumin seeds – 1 tsp
  12. Eggs – 3
  13. Dry coriander seeds – 1 tsp fried and ground
  14. Mint leaves – 2 tbsp
  15. Oil – 1 tbsp
  16. Fried brown onion – 2 tbsp
  17. Bread slices – 2 (soaked in water for 5 minutes then squeeze and add in mince)

Method:

First grind mince in chopper, then put in a bowl and add thinly chopped onion, thinly chopped green chili, fresh coriander, salt, brown onion, red chili powder, 2 eggs, turmeric powder, dry ground coriander, ground cumin seeds, garam masala, bread slices, oil and ginger garlic paste, mix well. Now take a greased oven proof dish, put kebab mix and spread evenly, then pour 1 lightly beaten egg and 1 tbsp oil. Bake on 180 C, gas mark 4 for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve as it is or cut in slices.
