Too Yummy Kofta Karahi with gravy, serve with tandoori naan, chapattis or with boiled rice.

Ingredients:

  1. Mince – 1/2 kg
  2. Onion – 1
  3. Ginger – 2 tsp
  4. Red Chili Powder – 1 1/2 tsp
  5. Crushed Coriander Seeds – 1 tsp
  6. Salt – to taste
  7. Garam Masala Powder – 1 tsp
  8. Green Chilies – 2 – 3
  9. Yogurt – 2 tbsp

Method:

  • Put all ingredients along with mince in grinder, and let them grind, then make mince balls.
  • Pour oil into a pan and fry mince balls and chopped green chilies.
  • Fry mince balls only for a little while and then take them out.
  • In the same oil, make gravy.

Method for gravy masala:-

Ingredients:

  1. Carom Seeds – 1 pinch
  2. Coriander Powder – 2 tbsp
  3. Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp
  4. Cloves – 3
  5. Fenugreek Seeds – 1 pinch
  6. Fenugreek Dry Leaves – 1 tsp

Lightly fry and then grind all above ingredients.

  1. Cooking Oil – as required
  2. Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
  3. Tomatoes – 4 – 6
  4. Sugar – 1 tsp
  5. Ground Black Pepper – 1 tsp
  6. Red Crushed Chilies – 1 tsp

Method for gravy:

  • Soften tomato by putting in oil, then add salt and ginger garlic paste.
  • After frying, add black pepper, red crushed chilies, gravy masala and sugar and mix well.
  • Then add mince balls with green chilies; cover and cook on low heat until it’s done. When it’s cooked, serve with chopped fresh coriander.
