How to Make Kofta Korma, delicious and easy recipe…

Ingredients:

  1. Mince – 1kg
  2. Green Chillies – 4
  3. Onion – 1
  4. Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
  5. Salt – ¾ tsp
  6. Fried gram peas – 2 tbsp
  7. Nutmeg powder – ¼ tsp
  8. Mace powder – ¼ tsp
  9. Water – 2 tbsp
  10. Fried ground poppy seeds – 2 tbsp

  11. Garam Masala Powder – 1 tsp
  12. Fresh coriander – ½ bunches
  13. Ginger garlic paste – 2 tbsp
  14. Green cardamom powder – ¼ tsp
  15. Bread slices – 2

Method:

  • Put all ingredients along with mince in grinder, and let them grind until it becomes smooth paste, and then make mince balls.
  • Make gravy and cook these mince balls with gravy.
  • You can freeze them as well.

Ingredients for gravy:

  1. Onion – 1 big size
  2. Cooking Oil – 1 cup
  3. Salt – to taste
  4. Green cardamoms – 5
  5. Cloves – 5
  6. Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
  7. Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
  8. Degi mirch – 1 tsp
  9. Coriander powder – 1 tbsp
  10. Yogurt – ¾ cup
  11. Kewra water – 1 tbsp
  12. Nutmeg, mace powder – ¼ tsp
  13. Ginger flaks – 2 tbsp
  14. Garam masala powder – 1 tsp

Method:

  • Take a pan and fry onion in oil, until golden brown, take them out from the oil and in same oil add cardamoms and cloves, when starts to splitter add ginger garlic paste with 1 tbsp of water.
  • Then add red crushed chillies, salt, degi mirch, coriander powder and yogurt, mix and fry well.
  • Then add fried crushed onion and fry for few seconds, now add mince balls, after 1 minute add water, ginger flaks, nutmeg powder, mace powder, kewra and garam masala.
  • Cover and cook on low heat until it’s done.
  • When it’s cooked, serve with boiled eggs.
  • Do try this very yummy Kofta Korma.
