How to Make Lahori Fried Fish, English / Urdu Recipe

Lahori Fried Fish
Ingredients:

  1. Mackerel Fish – 1 kg
  2. Asafoetida powder – ½ tsp
  3. Tamarind pulp – ½ cup
  4. Gram flour – ½ cup
  5. Carom seeds – 1 tsp
  6. Fenugreek seeds – 1 tsp
  7. Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  8. Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
  9. Salt – ½ tsp
  10. Red crushed chilli – 2 tsp

Method:

  • Apply salt on fish for 1 hour, then clean and wash fish slices, then take a bowl, add fish slices, tamarind pulp, coral seeds, asafoetida, red chilli, salt, turmeric powder, fenugreek seeds, gram flour and ginger garlic paste.
  • Mix well and leave for 1 hour. Then fry in hot oil until golden and crispy.
