How to Make Malai ke Ladoo, English / Urdu Recipe
Malai ke Ladoo
Cottage cheese – 1/2 kg or 2 litre milk make cheese
Condensed milk – 2 tbsp
Kewra water – 2 tbsp
Cardamom – 5
Saffron – as required
Method:
Take a non stick pan, add cottage cheese and cook on low heat, until softens then add condensed milk and mix well. Cook on low heat until water dries. Then add kewra water, mix well. Then add cardamom powder and Saffron mix well. Give them ball shapes for ladoo.
