Mazedar Muthia Kebab
Ingredients:
- Mince – ½ kg
- Papaya paste – 1 tbsp
- Roasted Bengal Gram – 2 tbsp
- Green chilli – 4
- Red chili powder – 1 tsp
- Salt – 1 tsp
- Thinly chopped onion – 1
- Poppy seeds – 1 tsp
- Fried crushed cumin seeds – 1 tsp
- Fresh coriander – ¼ bunch
- Fried crushed coriander seeds – 1 tbsp
- Garam masala powder – 1 tsp
Method:
Apply papaya paste on mince and leave for half an hour. Then add mince, bengal gram, green chili, salt, onion, poppy seeds, cumin seeds, fresh coriander, coriander seeds and garam masala in chopper and chop well. Then take out in a bowl and take a small lime size ball of dough in your palm and shape with your fingers to form sausage shaped muthia. Fry in pan with 2 to 3 tbsp of oil.
